Leadership Architect | CEO Advisor | Speaker
I advise founders and executive teams when growth begins to strain leadership, execution, and trust, helping them align, decide clearly, and move forward together.
I’ve led through moments where leaving the door open meant chains on it, where legal battles threatened to erase years of work, and where scale came faster than systems could keep up. I’ve rebuilt teams, organizations, and myself and I bring that experience to leaders who need clarity when the stakes are high.
- Leadership alignment under pressure
- Clear decisions in complex environments
- Execution rhythms that actually stick
I’m not a traditional consultant, and I’m not always a full-time operator.
My perspective on leadership was shaped by proximity working closely with CEOs who were building, scaling, and navigating decisions with real consequences.
Early in my life, I survived a near-fatal car accident and had to rebuild physically and mentally. That experience fundamentally changed how I approach pressure, setbacks, and perspective lessons that quietly carry into my work today.
Professionally, I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside exceptional CEOs in very different contexts from companies fighting to regain stability, to fast-growing organizations scaling from small teams to hundreds of people in a short period of time. I’ve been part of leadership teams that raised significant capital, navigated complex legal and IP situations, and learned to operate effectively amid strong opinions and high expectations.
The leaders I respect most aren’t defined by having all the answers they’re defined by their willingness to learn, adapt, and build teams that can carry the organization forward.
